In the south coast of Tenerife, on the sea, lies the Amarilla Golf & Country Club.
From this field you can enjoy incredible views of the Teide volcano, and during the course of the field you will enjoy several samples of native flora.
The designer Donald Steel has taken advantage of the beautiful contrasts of the island to get a varied route through the mountains, the cliffs and the Atlantic coast.
The impressive views over the Atlantic Ocean marked the personality of this field. The spectacular route reaches its highest point in the 5th hole, a real gem for golfers, with the sea as a path and where you need to fly across the ocean to reach the green.
The complex is complete with a driving range, two putting greens, a golf shop, a riding club, a club house with tennis courts, pool, bar and restaurant.
Opened in 1989, a year later it hosted the second edition of the Tenerife, part of the PGA European Tour.
